Benchmade Custom Made Titanium Deep Carry Pocket Clip Made For Benchmade Knives

This clip works very well on my ZT 0640 with no hot spots in either forward or reverse grip. Finishing is outstanding.

Ordered several to outfit my Emerson knives. Deep carry and design looks great! Added torx screws were very helpful.

I now have this short, wide pocket clip for several of my favorite folders, from Benchmade, Spyderco, and Kershaw. I'm hoping they will start making it for the Ontario RAT 2 some day. I love this clip because it retains the knife much better than a factory clip. I like having to give it a firm tug, to deploy the knife. If I'm moving around, the knife will not come loose or fall out. But this clip mostly shines because it has a very low profile. The bronze color is perfect for khaki and tan pants and 5.11 style shorts. The gray clip works really well with dress slacks, and blue jeans. Most people don't even notice the clip, until I deploy my folders. So if you want a really low profile, deep carry pocket clip, with great retention, then look no further.

This clip made my favorite knife in the world even better. I have the Benchmade 940-2, and it came with the standard Benchmade stock pocket clip. I didn't like the original so I asked Benchmade directly to send me their "deep carry" clip. They sent me two for free; kudos to them, but they are thin, flimsy, and both SNAPPED by snagging on simple objects while clipped in my pocket. I sought out to find a pocket clip that was short, sweet, and most importantly strong. I tried different retailers which suggested a 3 month wait period to obtain. I went on forums and someone brought up MXG. I am very happy I went with MXG as this clip is superb and I really do not see this snapping. The black powder coat is a great touch, its not simply "painted on" on "sprayed on" and it will chip in a week; I see the finish lasting a great time. The only thing I personally would change is I wish the clip also came with black powder coated screws instead of satin, but its in no way a hinder to this great clip.
