Bought this clip for a Spyderco Para 3, fits perfectly and carries almost invisibly in the pocket.
Having 2 screws instead of 3, as per the standard clip, it gives you some flexibility in adjustment on where exactly you want the clip to sit. Received the clip with different length screws included.
